OUR Events section covers all the happenings in the world of rugby whether it be a large scale press launch for an international tournament, a black tie end of season dinner, the Rugby Expo or charity events.
THE first event was obviously the Rugby Unplugged Launch Party at the Hope of Richmond held back in October 2009. Much fun was had by all the good and great of the rugby world from journalists to players to media peeps and many lovelies who didn't fit in any of those categories!
Also we were at "An Audience with Geordan Murphy and Lewis Moody" - a delightful Q&A session in a great City bar to promote their testimonial year...though unfortunately Lewis didn't quite make it...but fear not...Will Skinner did instead...and no it's not his testimonial year - he's too young for that!
So, what else have we been up to that we can publish...oh yes...we made it over to the House Bar in Wimbledon during the Autumn Internationals in 2009 for an evening with the Saracens with a smattering of Springboks thrown in for good measure.
And to pay homage to our up and coming generation of internationals, a few of the London Welsh boys donned some rather smart attire for a fashion show at House of Fraser, and tried to look terrribly suave and sophisticated - they even managed to complete the runways without tripping up or down the escalators!
We had exclusive access to the European premiere of Oscar-nominated movie "Invictus" directed by Clint Eastwood and starring Matt Damon and Morgan Freeman...
We followed David Barnes, Ronnie Regan et al up Mount Kilimanjaro in East Africa, as they raised funds for the RPA Benevolent Fund.
And we kept a close eye on the troopers who raised a huge mount of money for the Matt Hampson Foundation through Walk4Matt...a 110 mile walk from Rugby School to Twickenham along the Grand Union Canal.
Harlequins are hosting the exquisite two Michelin star culinary genius of Le Gavroche & MasterChef The Professionals, and tremendous rugby fan, Michel Roux Jr at the Twickenham Stoop on Thursday, 24th November.
So stick around and find out where we've been, and what's going on next in the crazy world of rugby...just avert your gaze to the left and take your pick...
